England's promising speedster Brydon Carse had a memorable outing with the ball in the ongoing second Test match against Pakistan at Multan Cricket Stadium. After getting rid of Saud Shakeel and Mohammad Rizwan, Carse bowled a ripper to rattle Aamir Jamal right after the lunch break.

The incident occurred during the 118th over of Pakistan's first innings when England desperately needed someone to break the gritty ninth-wicket stand between Jamal and Noman Ali. English captain Ben Stokes' decision to start the post-lunch proceedings with Brydon Carse paid rich dividends for the visitors, with the right-arm speedster cleaning Jamal up with a beauty.

From over the wicket, Brydon Carse bowled a good-length delivery that jagged back into Jamal and breached his defence.

The ball reversed in the air, making the batter play down the wrong line and shattering his middle stump. Carse, who is generally known as a smart operator in white-ball cricket, showcased his classing fast bowling skills with the dismissal.

Jamal's Knock Helps Pakistan Breach The 350-Run Mark

After winning the toss and opting to bat first, Pakistan put up a decent batting effort, thanks to an outstanding 118-run knock from Kamran Ghulam and a fighting fifty from Saim Ayub. Rizwan and Agha Salman contributed 41 and 31 runs, respectively, before Noman Ali and Aamir Jamal helped the hosts breach the 350-run mark with a valuable partnership. Soon after Jamal was dismissed for 37 runs, Jack Leach outfoxed Noman Ali for a patient 61-ball 32. As a result, Pakistan were bundled out for 366 runs in their first innings.
