Suryakumar Yadav and Co are all set for the second T20I against Bangladesh, which will be held on Wednesday at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi. With a solid 1-0 lead in the series, courtesy of a comprehensive win in the first T20I at Gwalior, Suryakumar Yadav and his team are looking to seal the series with another win.

Ahead of the much-anticipated clash, the Men in Blue were seen putting in some intense practice at the Delhi stadium. In a video shared by the BCCI on social media platform X, Team India players were spotted participating in various drills on the field, engaging in spirited training sessions, and enjoying some lighthearted moments as well. 

Skipper Suryakumar Yadav, known for his charismatic presence, added a bit of humor to the session by playfully questioning bowling coach Morne Morkel in Hindi. 

The light-hearted banter saw Suryakumar Yadav teased Morkel for a response as he tried to keep up with the conversation.


Morkel, who recently took over the role of India’s bowling coach, has quickly become a valued part of Gautam Gambhir’s support staff. This series is his first assignment in the T20 format with the Indian team, following a victorious Test debut in the coaching role. 

The team’s bowling unit performed an impressive in the first T20I, and it is important to mention that Morkel’s experience and insights seem to have had an immediate impact.

As the team gears up for the second match, all eyes are on the playing conditions at the Arun Jaitley Stadium, known for its spin-friendly pitch and sometimes tricky dew factor.
