He has been a successful captain in IPL as well and led Mumbai Indians to record five IPL titles. Plenty of cricketers over the years have praised his leadership and now Praveen Kumar, the former Indian pacer who played for Mumbai Indians in IPL also opened up about Rohit's leadership skills.

Praveen Kumar in his interview with Lallantop mentioned that Rohit Sharma is in a different league as a captain and knows how to bring out the best from his players. He added that Rohit has great ability to mix aggression with fun as a captain and he takes both senior and junior players along with him.

"Rohit is in a different league as a captain, you will see his aggression & smile on his face, he will do fun & will scold his players as well while team is in ground, I like how he takes all the players along with him whether it's junior or senior, he is a great captain."
