During the second Test between Pakistan and England in Multan, Noman Ali became the talk of the day with a humorous on-field exchange. After contributing with both ball and bat, Noman's stylish flick off his pads during Pakistan's second innings caught everyone's attention, especially his teammate on the other end, Agha Salman.

Overcoming an inning and 47-run defeat in the first Test, Pakistan is finally in a winning position in the second Test, potentially putting an end to a humiliating home record.

After setting England a challenging target of 297 runs, Sajid Khan struck early, dismissing Ben Duckett for a duck, while Noman took the wicket of Zak Crawley.

Noman Ali's swift single entertains Agha Salman

By the end of Day 3, England was at 36-2, with Ollie Pope and Joe Root remaining unbeaten on 21 and 12, respectively. England still needed 261 runs with two full days of play ahead.

Meanwhile, during Pakistan's second innings on Day 3, Agha Salman was dealing with the tail as he piled up some extra 50-odd runs to the lead. Noman Ali flicked a single off Ben Stokes' bowling, and a confused Salman jokingly asked if the shot was intentional, to which Noman confidently replied that he had flicked it like West Indies legend Brian Lara.

The light-hearted moment, captured by the stump mic, quickly went viral on social media. Both batters shared a laugh as Pakistan inched closer to a historic and inspiring victory over England in Multan.

Sajid Khan scripts history with 7-wicket-haul

In a significant moment for Pakistan cricket, Sajid Khan etched his name in the record books during the second Test against England at the Multan Cricket Stadium. He became only the second Pakistani off-spinner to claim a five-wicket haul in a Test match at home. The first off-spinner to achieve this feat for Pakistan was Saqlain Mushtaq, who did it against the same opponent, England, back in 2000 at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.
