Records are being shattered every other over in the ongoing England vs Pakistan Test match at the Multan Cricket Stadium. The visitors are showing no signs of stopping down as they have posted 700 runs on the board in the first innings. 

Pakistan, batting first, put 555 runs on the board. In reply, England lost three wickets for 259 runs. However, Harry Brook and Joe Root entered history books and stitched a 454 runs stand for the fourth wicket, which is the highest in England's history.

England have also gone past India to score the highest team total in Pakistan in Test cricket. Notably, India's 675/5 against Pakistan in Multan in 2005 was the highest team total in Pakistan for 19 years. Here is the list of the highest team totals in Pakistan by a visiting team.
