Australian seamer, Tayla Vlaeminck will miss the remainder of Women's T20 World Cup due to a dislocated shoulder. Vlaeminck will be a big miss for the defending champions, and with a crucial game against India coming up, Australia have replaced her with Heather Graham.

Graham, will fly to UAE and will be available for the final group stage match against India, and the knockout matches, should Australia qualify for it. The medium-pace bowler has played 5 T20I matches, and will be a like-to-like replacement for Vlaeminck.

Talking about Vlaeminck, she has a history of injuries, and the fast-bowler, was only featuring in her second T20 World Cup game, since making her debut in 2018. The Australian speedster injured her shoulder while fielding in the previous match against Pakistan, which the Aussies won comfortably.

Australia keeping close tab on Alyssa Healy's injury

Apart from Vlaeminck, Australia are also concerned about the fitness of their captain, Alyssa Healy. The skipper of the team injured her right foot during the last match and was retired hurt during her sides's successful run-chase.

She scored a quick-fire 37 off 23 balls, but couldn't get going for long and was forced to go off the field. Australia are closely monitoring her situation and are hopeful that she will be able to play in the final group stage match against a formidable Indian side.
