In the ongoing World Cup clash between India and New Zealand, the Kiwis executed a commendable resurrection after a shaky start. Bowling first, India removed the New Zealand openers early before a sensational stand between Rachin Ravindra and Daryl Mitchell helped the visitors make a remarkable comeback. However, amidst the intense contest between bat and ball, a hilarious incident grabbed limelight when Indian captain Rohit Sharma burst into laughter. 

New Zealand's Mr dependable Daryl Mitchell countered ace Indian spinner Kuldeep Yadav, hitting him for a number of huge sixes down the ground. To keep Mitchell quiet, Kuldeep fired a 113 KPH thunderbolt that hit the batter on his arm. 

The bowler has been seen doing it in the IPL against nonchalant six-hitters. However, Rohit Sharma found it funny, as he laughed out loud on this incident. 

Soon after Kuldeep completed his over, Mohammed Shami dismissed Rachin Ravindra to bring India back into the game. However, some sloppy fielding by the Men in Blue has played a significant role in New Zealand's impressive batting performance in this match. 

As of writing, New Zealand are 191 for three in 35.2 overs, with Mitchell and Tom Latham batting on 83* and 5*, respectively.
