RCB superstar Virat Kohli had a heartwarming moment with PBKS co-owner Preity Zinta after the RCB-PBKS encounter in Chandigarh. The duo met after the match and shared hearty laughter.
In the rivalry week of the IPL 2025 season, Royal Challengers Bengaluru beat Punjab Kings by 7 wickets on April 20. Coming off a 5-wicket loss vs PBKS in Bengaluru, RCB had revenge in Chandigarh to make things straight.
Virat Kohli, the star Indian cricketer, played a crucial role in the chase, hitting an unbeaten 73 off 54 balls. Moreover, after the match, he was greeted by PBKS co-owner and Bollywood actress, Preity Zinta.

After Punjab Kings set a 158-run target for RCB, Virat Kohli and Devdutt Padikkal stitched a 103-run partnership for the second wicket in the chase. Kohli finished the game with 73* off 54 balls to guide Bengaluru to a much-needed victory.
Meanwhile, Punjab co-owner Preity Zinta was present at Mullanpur Stadium in Chandigarh to watch the game. After the match, she visited the ground to meet Kohli and congratulate him for his stellar performance. The duo shared a hearty laughter and the picture of them went viral on social media.
Kohli was also awarded man of the match award for her heroics but he credited Padikkal for the victory as he had a better strike rate before getting dismissed on 61 off 35 balls.

Virat Kohli added another historic feather to his already glittering cap during RCB’s clash against PBKS at the Mullanpur Stadium in IPL 2025. Pursuing a difficult target of 158 on a two-paced track, the ex-RCB captain displayed class, scoring a half-century in 43 balls.
His calm knock not only guided his side to a vital victory but also helped him break David Warner's record for most 50-plus scores in IPL history. Warner was the leader with 66 fifty-plus scores (62 fifties, 4 hundreds) prior to the game. But now Kohli has ascended to the pinnacle with 67 fifty-plus scores (51 fifties and 6 hundreds).
