Insane things happened on Thursday at Marine Drive in Mumbai, as tens of thousands of Indians gathered to celebrate the Men in Blue's victory parade after the T20 World Cup 2024 glory.

However, among many happenings, one made a lot of headlines: a guy who perched on a tree to get a closer look at Team India.

Interestingly, Virat Kohli was the first man to spot him, and he immediately asked his 'partner-in-crime' Rohit Sharma to have a look at him. In his usual mood right after that, Rohit asked him to climb down for safety.

Rohit Sharma Asks Tree Guy To Climb Down

India, under the leadership of new skipper Shubman Gill, will be in action in Zimbabwe, where they will have a five-match T20I series starting July 6. Rohit and Virat are no longer be in the format, as they announced their retirement from T20Is right after the World Cup final triumph in Barbados on Saturday.

Notably, India's victory parade was delayed in Mumbai after their meeting with PM Narendra Modi in Delhi earlier in the morning on Thursday.
