In a heartwarming moment that has captured the admiration of fans, Virat Kohli once again showcased his class beyond cricketing skills. After leading Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) to a memorable victory over Punjab Kings (PBKS) at Mullanpur on Sunday, the star cricketer gifted one of his prized bats to young PBKS talent Musheer Khan.

Virat Kohli's Special Gesture For Musheer Khan

Musheer, the younger brother of Sarfaraz Khan, shared the touching gesture on Instagram, posting a photo with the bat and expressing his heartfelt gratitude. “A million thanks for the bat Viratbhaiiya & a billion for the love!” he wrote.


The 20-year-old, who made waves during the Under-19 World Cup 2024 with 360 runs in 7 matches was picked by PBKS for Rs 30 lakh during the mega auction. While it is important to mention that he is yet to make his IPL debut this season. 

Virat Kohli's Signs Jersey For Suryansh Shedge

In another moment from the same evening, PBKS shared a video of rising star Suryansh Shedge receiving a signed jersey from Kohli. Captioned “Dreams do come true,” the video showed Shedge beaming with joy as he showcases his signed jersey from Kohli. 

Both PBKS and RCB remain strong contenders in IPL 2025, with each eyeing a spot in the playoffs. After this win RCB has moved up to the third spot in the points table and PBKS is at the fourth position. 

Rajat Patidar and his men will next face RR on April 24, while PBKS will next face KKR on April 26.
