One of the best spinners going around at the moment, Adil Rashid has once again proven why he is regarded as the best in the business in white-ball cricket.

In the ongoing World Cup 2023 warm-up match against Bangladesh, the wily spinner showed his class and foxed Mushfiqur Rahim with a superb googly to take his wicket.

The incident occurred in the 21st over of the Bangladesh innings, when an unsettled Mushfiqur had no clue about the delivery from Rashid. He bowled a googly, just outside the off-stump, and it turned back in sharply.

The ball kept low, but it deceived the batter as he was standing way inside his crease, when the stumps were shattered. A dejected Mushfiqur couldn't believe his luck as he had to walk back to the pavilion for just 8.

What made Rashid's wicket so special, is that Mushfiqur is a brilliant player of spin bowling, but even he couldn't read the googly that came out of the bowler's hand.

Talking about the contest, Bangladesh are struggling against England, as the Asian team has been pushed on the back-foot, by some relentless England bowling.
