Fans were treated to a spectacle in the rescheduled Match 2 of the inaugural US Masters T10 League. Former Australian captain Aaron Finch, who is famous for his explosive batting style, struck five consecutive sixes against New Jersey Triton pacer, Christopher Barnell in the penultimate over of the innings to propel his side to a huge score.

The spectators witnessed a masterclass as Finch's bat danced and dispatched the ball across the park. Opening with an emphatic six over long-on, he swiftly shifted gears, driving the next over long-off.

Diversifying his range, Finch slogged one towards midwicket for another maximum. Another six over long-on followed, and then, with exquisite timing, he hammered the fifth straight down the ground. The US Masters T10 League's official to Twitter and shared the video of Finch's onslaught that left everyone in awe.

Skipper Finch ended his scintillating innings with 75 not out off just 31 balls. His brilliance paved the way for the Knights to post a massive 116/3 from their 10 overs.

However, the New Jersey Tritons were up for the challenge. Despite Jesse Ryder's subdued 20 off 19 balls, Naman Ojha unleashed fury, churning out 25 from a mere 11 deliveries. The momentum shift, though, was credited to Yusuf Pathan's fiery 35 off 11, a knock filled with four sixes and a pair of boundaries.

With the match hanging in balance, Barnwell and Peter Trego showcased their mettle. Their composed partnership steered the Tritons past the finish line with two balls to spare, marking their second consecutive win in the tournament.

The day might have ended in the Tritons' favour, but it was Finch's breathtaking spree of sixes that dominated headlines and conversations.
