Sai Sudharsan, the talented left-handed batter from Tamil Nadu is all set to make his T20I debut after he received his maiden cap in the Indian team huddle before the second T20I between India and Zimbabwe.

The Southpaw has been a consistent performer for Tamil Nadu in domestic cricket and for Gujarat Titans in IPL, and has also hit two fifties in the three ODIs he has played for India. So, the youngman has the pedigree to deliver on a regular basis and it would be interesting to see who he replaces in the second T20I.

India are coming into the second game of the five-match T20I series on the back of a shocking loss in the first game. Their batting faltered big time while chasing 116 and India were bundled out for just 102 with captain Shubman Gill top-scoring with 31.

India's Batting Failure in 1st T20I

The failure of the batting group seems to have prompted this change, and he is most likely to bat at number 3 to provide some stability to the batting order. The likes of Sanju Samson, Yashasvi Jaiswal and Shivam Dube are likely to be available from the third T20I and India would be looking to make amends and level the series in the second game against a spririted Zimbabwe unit.
