Just when it looked like David Miller will score a scintillating century, Pakistan's trump card, Shaheen Afridi came back into the attack and got rid off the danger man in a crucial stage of the match.

Killer Miller, as they call him, was at his destructive best as the Proteas batter tonked the Pakistan bowlers to all around the park and was etching closer to a brilliant ton. He took a special liking towards Abrar Ahmed as he reached his fifty with three sixes in a row. However, just when he was getting closer to a century, Afridi bowled a back of a length ball outside the off and Miller couldn't get the right connection.

The ball travelled to the fielder in the deep who made no mistake with the catch as the middle-order player was dismissed for 82 off 40 balls, laced with 4 fours and 8 sixes. Afridi brought out his trademark celebration as he had realised the importance of that wicket.

Pakistan in full control of the match

Pakistan came into this game with a full strength squad and with players in confidence. That confidence was reflected on their game as the bowlers ran riot and picked up wickets at regular intervals.

Afridi dismissed Rassie van der Dussen early in the first over and then it was Abrar Ahmed's turn as the wily spinner scalped back-to-back wickets. Klaasen was the next man to follow as the other Afridi (Abbas) took his prized wicket.

Miller, however, played a lone warriors' knock and ensure that South Africa have something to fight for as they will finish at a below par total.
