The Royal Challengers Bengaluru and the Punjab Kings were scheduled to play each other in the 34th match of the IPL 2025. The match is to be played at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.

But what came in as a frustration for the fans was that rain delayed the start of the game. It has been raining in Bengaluru from the evening and it continued well past the starting time of the game.
