After Match 70 of IPL 2024 between Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Rajasthan Royals (RR) was called off without a ball being bowled, the final positions of all ten franchises on the points table were decided. 

While KKR's top position on the points table were anyway guaranteed, Rajasthan had to stay on third due to the washout. Sunrisers Hyderabad, who defeated Punjab Kings earlier on Sunday, finished second, and hence, they will play the Purple and Gold Brigade in the Qualifier 1 of the ongoing edition.

Just when the match was reduced to a seven-over-per side following plenty of waits, rain came back to ruin the mood of everyone. Hence, the on-field umpires had no choice but to call both the skippers to shake hands.

While walking, Shreyas Iyer made a hilarious gesture. He kept his hands moving in a chilly mood before having a big smile on his face. The walk reminded many fans of how Malaika Arora, one of the most famous Bollywood stars, walks more often than not.

Meanwhile, KKR and SRH will go up against each other on Tuesday at Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad in Qualifier 1. Rajasthan, on the other hand, will face RCB a day later, at the same venue in Eliminator.
