Jasprit Bumrah, arguably the best white-ball bowler in current times, displayed a master-class performance in the T20 World Cup 2024 final against South Africa, where he pulled a win out of the jaws of defeat for India.
In the finals, Bumrah registered the figures of 18/2 in his quota of four overs. Overall, he won the player of the Tournament award for taking 15 wickets. Arshdeep took more wickets than the MI star bowler but Jasprit won the prestigious award because he took wickets in crunch situations for the Men in Blue.
After the World Cup triumph, Bumrah too got animated and hugged his wife Sanjana Ganesan. For the first time, Bumrah revealed his son Angad to the world.
Talking about Sanjana, she is also working as a broadcaster with ICC, and she took to her Instagram stories to praise her husband's phenomenal display in the World Cup. In the latest events, Ganesan posted a video on her Instagram revealing that she went on an 'Ice-Cream date' with Bumrah.
''Took this World champion out for an ice-cream this morning,'' wrote Sanjana.

Bumrah tied the knot with Sanjana in 2021 and the couple welcomed their first child Angad on September 4, 2023.
