Virat Kohli, the stalwart of Indian cricket, had a hilarious encounter with a fan at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur. After the game, a fan invaded the ground to meet Kohli but he was fended off by security personnel before he could meet his idol.
RCB visited Jaipur to clash with RR in the 28th fixture of IPL 2025. The Royals batted first but could only manage 173 runs on the board despite Yashasvi Jaiswal’s 75 off 47 balls.
In the chase, Phil Salt’s 65 off 33 balls and Virat Kohli’s 62 off 45 balls powered RCB to a successful and dominant 9-wicket win. However, after the game, Kohli had a hilarious interaction with a fan.
Virat Kohli Runs Away From Fan At Jaipur Stadium
Once the game was over, RCB and RR players spent some time together to chat. While the players were busy, a fan jumped stadium boundaries to invade the ground. His sole purpose was to meet Virat Kohli.
However, as Kohli saw the fan running, he also ran away from him. Before the fan could reach him, security personnel got a hold of him and took him away. The dramatic moment was caught on camera and is being widely shared on social media.

These types of situations are uncommon but not new in the game of cricket. People admire him not only for his cricketing talent, but also for his passion and his attitude. But trespassing into the ground is against law and dangerous for the players as well as the spectators.
Kohli Unlocks 100 Fifties Record In T20s
Virat Kohli emerged as the first Indian cricketer to achieve 100 half-centuries in T20s, achieving the feat in style while leading a dominating knock against Rajasthan Royals in Jaipur during the IPL 2025.
On a tricky pitch, Kohli showed his class with a composed 62 off 45 balls, guiding RCB through the middle overs with calm authority. Kohli is only the second player in the history of T20 to reach 100 fifties, preceded by only Australia's David Warner (108).
