Popular Indian singer and music producer Yo Yo Honey Singh recently shared who his all-time favourite cricketers are - and no, it’s not Virat Kohli or Rohit Sharma!

During the final show of his ‘Millionaire’ India Tour in Kolkata on April 5, Honey Singh spoke about his love for cricket and named two legends he deeply admires – Sachin Tendulkar and MS Dhoni.

Honey Singh Names His All-Time Cricket Favourites

Honey Singh called himself the biggest fan of Sachin Tendulkar, often referred to as the “God of Cricket.” He said,

“Mai sabse tagda fan agar cricket mein hua hu, toh woh Tendulkar Sir ka hua hu,” which means, If I’ve ever been a die-hard fan of anyone in cricket, it’s been Sachin Sir.

But it doesn’t stop there. After meeting MS Dhoni in person, Honey Singh became an even bigger fan. He said that Dhoni’s personality left a huge impact on him.

“Personally jab mai mila toh mai khatarnak fan ho gaya Dhoni paaji ka. Uske jaisa insaan maine apni zindagi mein nahi dekha. Samandar hai woh samandar,” meaning, When I met Dhoni personally, I became his crazy fan. I’ve never seen anyone like him. He’s as deep and calm as the ocean.

MS Dhoni has fans all over the world, not just for his cool personality, but also for his achievements. Under his captaincy, India won many big ICC tournaments, and he led Chennai Super Kings (CSK) to win the IPL title five times.

Though Dhoni has retired from international cricket, he’s still rocking the field in IPL 2025, playing for CSK as uncapped player.
