After Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) beat Rajasthan Royals on April 13, a funny moment took place in the RCB dressing room. Australian cricketer Tim David decided to play a prank on RCB’s star batter, Virat Kohli.

Tim David Pranks Virat Kohli In RCB's Dressing Room

Tim secretly hid Kohli’s bat from his kitbag. When Virat came into the dressing room, he was confused and started asking everyone about his missing bat. He looked a bit irritated, thinking someone had taken it while he wasn’t around. Meanwhile, Tim David was just quietly watching and enjoying Virat’s reaction.

Later, when Virat questioned him, Tim jokingly said he had just “borrowed” the bat. In a fun video, Tim later revealed that Virat didn’t actually seem too worried about the missing bat.

He was more excited about his performance in the match - after all, he had just played a fantastic innings and scored a brilliant half-century.

RCB Crush RR With 9-Wicket Win

RCB played a great game at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur. Their bowlers did a solid job to restrict RR to 174 runs. During the chase, Phil Salt gave RCB a fiery start.

Salt and Kohli opened the batting and smashed the RR bowlers in the powerplay. Salt was dropped twice, and he made the most of it by scoring big. RCB were 65/0 after six overs. The duo added 92 runs for the first wicket in just 52 balls. Salt eventually got out to spinner Kumar Kartikeya.

After Salt’s dismissal, Kohli and Devdutt Padikkal continued smoothly. They added an unbeaten 83-run stand to finish the game in style. Kohli remained not out on 62 runs from 45 balls, hitting 4 fours and 2 sixes. Padikkal stayed unbeaten on 40 from 28 balls. RCB won the match by 9 wickets with 15 balls remaining.

With this win, RCB are now third on the points table, with 4 wins and 2 losses so far. Their next match is against Punjab Kings on April 18 at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium.
