Indian cricketer Rishabh Pant attended the divine Kedarnath Temple in Uttarakhand as part of his spiritual journey amidst physical recovery. The wicketkeeper-batsman landed near the temple space and was accompanied by Uttarakhand politician Umesh Kumar along with a number of security personnel.

Rishabh Pant was involved in a near-fatal car crash on December 30 last year. The accident left him with injuries on his head, back and feet which subsequently forced him to skip all cricketing action to date.

Pant skipped the entire IPL 2023 season for Delhi Capitals as well as India’s Asia Cup 2023 campaign in Sri Lanka. Moreover, the injury also forced him out of contention for India’s World Cup 2023 squad.

The dashing wicketkeeper-batsman spent much of his time at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru earlier this year, where he worked towards attaining full recovery alongside injured Indian stars Jasprit Bumrah, Shreyas Iyer and KL Rahul at one stage.

Having played the last of his 129 internationals for India in December last year, it remains to be seen when he will grace the cricket field once again for his country.
