Team India have left for Mumbai from Delhi, where the Men in Blue will take part in an open bus parade to celebrate the T20 World Cup 2024 win with the fans. 

The parade will start from Marine Drive at 5:00 PM IST and end at Wankhede Stadium, where the entry has been made free for the spectators on first come first service. 

The fans have started to arrive in big numbers at the iconic stadium in Mumbai. Videos are going viral on the internet, where different parts of Mumbai are jampacked because the citizens are heading to witness the Indian stars, and in particular, their local boy Rohit Sharma.

Talking about the hitman, he announced his retirement from T20Is following the historic win. The fans have arrived in Wankhede Stadium and already the 'Mumbai Cha Raja Rohit Sharma' chants have taken over the Wankhede Stadium.

At the time of writing this article, it is raining heavily in Mumbai, but the fans are still in huge numbers inside the stadium unaffected by the rain. BCCI have also announced a 125 crore fund for the players and the supporting staff following their phenominal display at the T20 World Cup 2024.
