In anticipation of the upcoming second T20I against Afghanistan in Indore, Team India has shared their excitement and favourite aspects about the city in a video released by BCCI on social media 'X'. 

As the players arrived in Indore, they expressed their enthusiasm for various elements, creating a buzz among cricket fans.

In reminiscing about cricketing memories in Indore, Kuldeep Yadav expressed his anticipation for the city's renowned Sarafa market and its delectable food. 

However, he specifically highlighted the Indori poha as the undisputed winner among culinary delights. Fielding coach T Dilip concurred, humorously stating, 

"When it comes to Indore, all I would say is poha."

Sanju Samson, emphasizing the humorous side of the locals, shared his expectation of enjoying hearty laughter with teammate Avesh Khan, known for his natural comedic flair. Local boy Avesh Khan himself extended a warm welcome, saying,

"Hello everyone, aap sabhi ka swagat hai mere shehar Indore mey (You all are welcome in my city Indore)."

Shubman Gill seized the opportunity to highlight the Holkar Cricket Stadium in Indore, explicitly mentioning the dressing room named after the legendary Rahul Dravid.

Meanwhile, Washington Sundar and the video & data analyst expressed their interest in the spiritual side, looking forward to visiting the Mahakaleshwar temple in nearby Ujjain.

In terms of the playing conditions, batting coach Vikram Rathour eagerly anticipated a high-scoring game, emphasizing Indore's reputation as a great batting wicket. The team arrived in Indore after securing a comprehensive six-wicket victory over Afghanistan in Mohali, showcasing their spirited form.

The consensus among the players is that Indore, known for its cleanliness, offers a cricketing spectacle and delightful culinary experiences. Leg spinner Ravi Bishnoi, appreciating the city's cleanliness, remarked, 

"We played here once, and I really liked the food then. Cleanest city of India."
