Chahal's IPL career over the years

Yuzvendra Chahal stands out as one of India's most experienced spinners, boasting a successful career both in national team and franchise cricket.

His journey began with Mumbai Indians, although he got limited opportunities due to the presence of Harbhajan Singh. Nonetheless, Chahal played a crucial role in Mumbai Indians' Champions League triumph in 2011, showcasing his talent as one of the tournament's standout performers.

In a significant career move, Chahal moved to Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) during the 2014 mega auction. Under the captaincy of Virat Kohli, his career trajectory took a notable turn. Chahal flourished at RCB, emerging as a key player and earning his spot in the Indian team. He remained an integral part of RCB until 2021 when he was released by the franchise.

Disappointed by RCB's decision to part ways, Chahal found a new home with Rajasthan Royals, his current team.

With 150 games under his belt, Yuzvendra Chahal has already established himself as one of the IPL's all-time great wicket-takers.
