[Watch] Maxwell's Audacious Reverse Sweep 'Shell Shocks' Yuzvendra Chahal

Glenn Maxwell is known for his audacious stroke-making and it was on full display in the ongoing IPL game between Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Rajasthan Royals (RR) at the Chinnaswamy Stadium.

Maxwell has a special liking towards the spinners and he showed his brute power against the spin duo of Ravichandran Ashwin and Yuzvendra Chahal. So much so that under pressure, he played an audacious reverse sweep against Chahal that went million miles over the fence for a maximum.

It was in the 7th over of the match, when Maxwell decided to take on Chahal. He waited for the right delivery to unleash the special shot. On the fourth delivery, Chahal bowled a leg-break and Maxwell played with the spin. 

He saw that the point fielder was inside the 30-yard circle and that allowed him to reverse sweep him over the deep point fence.

The ball connected so well that even Chahal was shocked with what has just happened.

Talking about the match, RCB are in the driving seat at the moment. Despite losing Virat Kohli and Shahbaz Ahmed early in the innings, the duo of Faf du Plessis and Glenn Maxwell are etching towards their respective hundreds.

RCB are 132 for 2 inside 13 overs.
