Shai Hope, and Sherfane Rutherford Help West Indies Meander Past 200

Asked to bat, West Indies' top-order was rocked by England's Sam Curran, who claimed wickets of Brandon King, Keacy Carty, and Shimron Heymyer in quick succession. Reeling at 23 for four, skipper Shai Hope along with Sherfane Rutherford played out a probing spell of bowling and brought some normalcy back into the match.

The duo added 102 runs for the fifth wicket, helping Windies go past the 150-run mark.

All-rounder Liam Livingstone broke their stand, getting the better of Rutherford for 63, and soon also picked up the key wickets of Hope, who slammed run-a-ball 68. Romario Shepherd and Alazzari Joseph did provide some entertainment down the order, scoring 19 and 14 runs, respectively, as West Indies folded for 202.

Will Jack and Jos Butter enable England to a series-levelling win

Chasing 203, England openers Philip Salt and Will Jacks started off aggressively, scoring 50 runs in under six overs. Shepherd drew first blood for the hosts getting Salt for 21.Spinner Gudakesh Motie made quick inroads, cleaning up both Zak Crawley and Ben Duckett.

Harry Brook, once again, stood up for his side and played a compact knock. Jacks scored his second ODI fifty but fell for a 72-ball 72 off Rutherford.

Captain Jos Buttler, who has been under immense pressure to perform, finally yielded runs with his bat, adding a 90-run stand with Brook. Buttler slammed a quickfire 58, which included four fours and three sixes, and remained unbeaten till the end, guiding England past the finish line alongside Brook, who scored 43 not-out.

The third and final ODI, which will also be the series decider will be held on December 9 at Barbados.
