On September 27, Nepal will face West Indies in a historic three-match T20I series in Sharjah. This is a big moment for Nepal, who haven’t played much against top cricket teams despite showing they can compete. For West Indies, it’s a chance to bounce back after recent series losses to Australia and Pakistan.

Led by Akeal Hosein, the West Indies will be without their regular captain, Shai Hope. Interestingly, the squad features five uncapped players, including Ackeem Auguste and Amir Jangoo, alongside experienced stars like Jason Holder, Fabian Allen, and Kyle Mayers.

Nepal, meanwhile, have brought back all-rounder Mohammad Aadil Alam and batter Sundeep Jora for the series. Rohit Paudel will captain the team, with Dipendra Singh Airee as his deputy. Notably, Nepal come into the series after winning three of their last four T20I matches.

Here’s everything you need to know about this historic series.
