Shubman Gill could not manage to do much with the bat on Sunday (July 14) when India played for one last time against Zimbabwe in the fifth and final T20I of the series in Harare.

India's captain scored 13 off 14 balls before falling to Richard Ngarava, who gave an animated send-off, probably because after his perfect execution of a plan.

The wicket came during the third over of India's innings after Raza invited them to bat first. Ngarava, a lanky tall left-arm pacer, banged on short delivery outside the off stump, which led Gill to attempt a pull.

However, there was no timing at all by Gill, leading him to get a top edge to mid-on, where Sikandar Raza completed an easy catch. Immediately after, Ngarava made a gesture with a hand, giving India’s captain a send-off, which seemed like he made him his bunny.

At the time of writing this, India are 65/3 after 9.1 overs, with Sanju Samson and Riyan Parag in the middle, batting on 17* and 7* respectively.

Apart from Gill, neither Abhishek Sharma nor Yashasvi Jaiswal made any impact, as Parag and Samson hold the key in order to take India to a challenging total.
