Sanju Samson is one of the most popular cricketers in India and whenever he walks to bat there is a sense of excitement around. He came into the England series with three T20I centuries in his last five matches, but has so far failed to live upto his billing against Jos Buttler and company.

In the first game, Samson scored 26 off 20 balls while in the second game, he managed to score just five off seven balls. It was Jofra Archer who got the big wicket of Samson in the third over. It was a short ball on off from the right-arm pacer and Sanju Samson went for a bold pull shot.

After the dismissal of openers, Tilak Varma and Suryakumar Yadav tried to bring things back in control but the Indian captain was also dismissed at a score of 12, and India were reduced to 58 for 3.
