In the first Test match between England and West Indies, the Three Lions won the toss and chose to field first. Their decision to field first turned in their favour as the Windies tumbled for just 121 runs.

Gus Atkinson was the star with the ball as the right-arm seamer registered a spell of 7/45 on his red-ball debut. Notably, it is the 3rd best spell on debut by an Englishman in a Test match.

Meanwhile, Ollie Pope also stole the limelight as he took a stunner standing at forward point. It was one of the greatest catches in cricket history as Pope flexed his reflexes.

On the 3rd ball of the 36th over, Kavem Hodge smashed a shot hard, but Pope dived to his right and took a stunner.

With the wicket, Woakes also completed his 150 wickets in Test cricket. James Anderson, who is playing his farewell game, also took a solitary wicket. England had a great day at field, as even Harry Brook hogged the headlines after he took a stunning diving catch at slips.
