Mohammed Siraj is known for his bowling exploits. He has been brilliant for India in the last couple of year and is known to give his 100 percent everytime he takes the field. In the first session of the opening Test between West Indies and India, he proved that yet again, this time by giving his all in the field with a brilliant catch to dismiss Blackwood.
It was the last ball of the 28th over, last over before the Lunch break and Jadeja tosses it up on off. Blackwood sensed an opportunity to go over the top and tried to lift it over the in-field. However, Siraj was in mood to create something magical and moved swiftly to his right as he was stationed at mid off. He them timed his jump perfectly to his right and took a superb one-handed stunner to provide India their fourth wicket in the opening session.
Blackwood was dismissed for 14 off 34 balls and at Lunch on Day 1, West Indies are 68/4 with India looking well set to dominate the rest of the opening day of this first Test match.
