Travis Head has been a big headache for India in the big stages. From the ODI World Cup 2023 final to the WTC Final in 2023, everywhere Head has been the biggest nemesis for the 'Men In Blue'.

Whenever India and Australia meet in the bigger stages, there is always hype around Travis Head. During the recently concluded Border Gavaskar Trophy, India players were often seen trying to get into the skin of the southpaw. 

Pandya Involves In An Arguement With Head

In the ongoing Champions Trophy 2025 semi-final, Hardik Pandya was seen trying to get into Travis Head's thoughts. Hardik Pandya bowled a back-of-a-length delivery on the fifth delivery of the fourth over at the middle stump line. Head punched the ball to the backward point region and set off for a single. 

Ravindra Jadeja's throw missed the stumps at the non-striker's end by inches. Even though Head survived, it was a very close call. Hardik Pandya did not fail to remind Head of how close he was to going back to the hut. 

The Indian all-rounder walked up to the Aussie star and smiled at him. The incident highlighted the under running tension and seriousness of the match. With neither Australia nor India ready to give free ground to their opposition, these minor incidents add to the already charged environment.
