[Watch] Angry Haris Rauf Throws Ball At Shreyas Iyer, Gets Booed Brutally By The Crowd

The 12th group-stage match of the ongoing ICC World Cup witnessed India's unreal dominance over arch-rivals Pakistan in Ahmedabad. After bowling Pakistan out for a meagre 191-run total, India began the chase in style, as Rohit Sharma hammered the Pakistani pacers to all corners of the ground. However, an incident that grabbed the limelight was a heated moment between Shreyas Iyer and ace Pakistani speedster Haris Rauf. 

Coming as the first change bowler, Rauf had a horrendous beginning to his innings, as he was clobbered for two massive sixes by Indian captain Rohit Sharma. 

The pacer was frustrated after being belted by Sharma in his opening over. So, he came out with all guns blazing to put Shreyas Iyer under pressure with his searing pace. 

After bowling a bouncer, Rauf bowled a full length ball, which Iyer played straight back to him. However, after collecting the ball on his follow through, Rauf threw it back towards the batter in an intimidating manner. Although Iyer didn't react to it, Rauf's action didn't go well with the Ahmedabad crowd as they brutally booed him. 

Iyer eventually settled his nerves by hammering Hasan Ali for a glorious boundary. As of writing, India are 99 for two, with Sharma and Iyer batting on 51* and 14*, respectively.
