Arjun Tendulkar, who is already popular among cricket fans unlike other Ranji players of his age, has scored a gritty half-century in the ongoing game against the Karnataka team. He may have been popular because of his father, Sachin Tendulkar, but Arjun is finding his own way to success by delivering exemplary performances.

Sachin Tendulkar, who was recently seen on the cricket field again after a long time for a charity match, has been a huge ambassador of the game. Apart from scoring 34000 runs and picking up 200 plus wickets, Sachin has also passed on his cricketing genes to his son, who is currently representing Goa in the ongoing Ranji season.

Arjun Tendulkar is a fast-bowling all-rounder, and he finally made his IPL debut during the last season with Mumbai Indians. With time and matches, Arjun has been showing promising signs and is continuing to improve.

Goa were 181 for six wickets when Arjun Tendulkar came to bat and he went on to stitch a partnership of 94 runs with Heramb Parab. Arjun stayed up until the end and was the last one to get dismissed after scoring 52 off 112 deliveries, including three boundaries and one maximum, taking Goa to a decent first-innings score of 321.

After transferring his name from Mumbai to Goa, Arjun has been one of the key contributors for the Goa team and also scored a ton during the last season. In nine matches, he has taken 15 wickets and amassed 314 runs for Goa. Even in the game against Chandigarh, he stepped up with the bat and scored 70 runs for his team. Despite batting in the lower middle order, once again, Arjun has impressed everyone with his batting skills.
