Rinku Singh, known for his down-to-earth personality and humble background, was last seen doing the invisible Asia Cup celebration with his team after the final winning runs came off his bat.

The KKR star, however, didn't forget to take care of his family amidst the hustle and bustle of celebrations as he brought a special gift for his sister Neha Singh.

Rinku gifts an electric scooter to her sister

Rinku Singh gifted his sister, Neha, a brand new electric scooter, a moment she happily shared with their family on social media. In photos posted on Sunday, the siblings posed with the new vehicle outside their Aligarh home.

Neha also posted a video of herself taking the scooter for a ride, showcasing her joyful new gift from the cricketer. The family gathering took place at the luxurious bungalow Rinku purchased last year, named ‘Veena Palace’ after his mother, providing a perfect backdrop for the celebration.

Rinku’s stunning prediction comes true

This heartwarming family moment comes as Rinku enjoys a brief break after a career-defining performance in the 2025 Asia Cup. In a stunning turn of events, he was a late inclusion in the playing XI for the final against Pakistan after Hardik Pandya was ruled out with an injury. 

With India needing just one run to win off the final over, Rinku finished the game in style, lofting Haris Rauf over mid-on for a boundary.

The victory became even more magical when a remarkable backstory emerged. Before the tournament began, Rinku had written down a specific prediction on a small card. “My dream is to hit the winning runs of the Asia Cup final on September 6.”

This stunning foresight, made weeks in advance, had come true exactly as he had written, leaving fans and teammates in awe of his self-belief.

Rinku’s meteoric rise from humble beginnings

Rinku Singh’s journey to becoming a national hero is a tale of immense struggle and triumph. Hailing from a humble family in Aligarh, his father worked as a cylinder distributor. Initially, Rinku helped his father with this work, but his passion for cricket led him to the field.

His raw talent first shone through when he won a title in international school cricket, which paved his way into the IPL. It was during the 2023 season with Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) that he announced his arrival on the big stage with a now-legendary innings.
