Anushka Sharma Shares A Heartwarming Father's Day 2024 Message For Virat Kohli

Talismanic Indian batter Virat Kohli, currently participating in the ICC T20 World Cup 2024, celebrated Father's Day 2024 in a unique way. Kohli's wife, Anushka Sharma, shared a heartfelt post on social media featuring the footprints of Kohli and their children, Akaay and Vamika.

Anushka, who's travelling with Kohli, took to Instagram to wish the star Indian batter a Happy Father's Day on behalf of their kids. She shared a picture of a painting with the children's footprints and praised Kohli in her caption. The picture, displaying the words "Father's Day" in bright red with a heart, quickly garnered admiration and praise from fans and followers.

"How can one person be so good at so many things! Baffling... we LOVE YOU @virat.kohli,"  read her caption.

The couple, proud parents to daughter Vamika and son Akaay, often share glimpses of their family life on social media, showing their deep admiration for each other and their children.

While Kohli has delighted his wife with this heartfelt gesture, he has struggled to deliver standout performances for his fans in the ongoing World Cup. In the three matches Team India has played so far in the T20 World Cup 2024, Kohli has registered single-digit scores in each of the three innings in New York. 

In the first match against Pakistan, he scored four runs, followed by just one run against Ireland, and a golden duck against the USA. While the US leg of the tournament was forgettable for Kohli, he can surely make the rest of the event memorable by scoring in the Caribbean islands.
