India's T20 World Cup-winning keeper-batter Rishabh Pant has extended his best wishes to Indian athletes gearing up for the Olympic Games Paris 2024, which commences on 26 July.

Rishabh Pant shared a heartfelt video message on his official X (formerly Twitter) account, where he conveyed his support and encouragement to the Olympians.

In the accompanying caption, he wrote, "May the tricolor fly high at Paris, Wishing our Indian Olympic athletes all the best for Paris 2024. 🇮🇳"

Pant's gesture has been warmly received by fans and fellow athletes alike, highlighting the unity and mutual support within the Indian sports community.

On the cricketing front, following India’s triumphant victory over South Africa in the T20 World Cup final in Barbados on 29 June, Pant has been on a well-deserved break.

However, the break is short-lived as he is set to return to action in the upcoming white-ball tour against Sri Lanka. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) recently announced the squads for the T20Is and ODIs series, starting on 27 July.

The 26-year-old wicketkeeper-batsman has been included in both formats. Suryakumar Yadav will lead the T20I squad, while Rohit Sharma will captain the ODI team.
