The backlash after Pakistan's thumping defeat against India in ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 continues across television channels, and social media, even after the Babar Azam-led side reached Bangalore.

Team Pakistan arrived in Bangalore on Sunday and had an off day on Monday, where players and staff members opted to enjoy a team dinner and shift focus away from cricket.

In a video shared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) official 'X' handle, Team Pakistan could be seen enjoying and bonding over dinner at a high-profile restaurant in Bangalore.

Skipper Babar Azam could be spotted seated with support staff, while players like Haris Rauf, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Shadab Khan, and others could be seen having their meal together.

Rauf and Mohammad Wasim Jr could also be seen hanging around the barbeque counter while reserve player Abrar Ahmed took pictures.

Pakistan will have its first training session in M.Chinnaswamy today, where they will meet five-time champions Australia on October 20.

Pakistan notched up comfortable wins over the Netherlands and Sri Lanka, including a world-record chase against the latter at Hyderabad. However, a loss against India has somewhat stolen the shine of their relatively decent start, placing them in fourth position in the table.

On the other end, Australia after suffering massive thrashings against India and South Africa, managed to register their first win in the World Cup 2023, beating Sri Lanka last evening at Lucknow.
