The squad, led by the experienced Kane Williamson, boasts a blend of experience and talent, including names like Trent Boult, Tim Southee, and Jimmy Neesham.

Williamson, a stalwart of the New Zealand cricket team, will be making his sixth appearance in a T20 World Cup squad, marking his fourth stint as captain. His leadership prowess and batting finesse have been pivotal for the team's success in the shortest format of the game.

Notably, Tim Southee stands out as the most experienced campaigner, being selected for his seventh T20 World Cup squad. His stellar record as the leading wicket-taker in T20 Internationals underscores his importance to the team's bowling attack.
