[Watch] David Warner Slaps Ravindra Jadeja After IND vs AUS 1st ODI

The series between India and Australia are always quite entertaining and the first ODI between the two sides of the ongoing ODI series, lived up to the expectations with momentum swinging from one side to another throughout the game.

India eventually managed to notch up an impressive win by five wickets and are now the number 1 ranked side in ICC rankings across formats. However, a  video has gone viral which shows David Warner slapping Ravindra Jadeja on his head after the two had a handshake after the match.

Warner and Jadeja over the years, have enjoyed a friendly banter and recently in the IPL 2023 match, we saw Jadeja teasing Ravindra with his trademark sword celebration. The video that has gone viral, seems like an extension of that friendly banter and it does not seem anything serious. Interestingly, Jadeja also got the big wicket of Warner in the game when the southpaw looked set to get a big score after his fifty.

However, over the years, there have been some heated battles between Warner and big Indian players like Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma. Warner though is quite famous and loved cricketer in India, mainly because of his exploits in IPL and enjoys great rapport with most of the Indian players.
