The Champions Trophy 2025 is around the corner, and before that Pakistan are all set to play an ODI tri-series which includes South Africa and New Zealand. The Men in Green are practicing hard ahead of the series which will start on February 8, and Pakistan fans would be hoping that their star player, Babar Azam delivers.

The right-handed batter has been indifferent form in recent times, but ODIs has always been his preferred format and he could go big in the tri-series. The star cricketer is also looking in good touch during the practice sessions and now a video has popped up where Babar Azam is seen playing a lovely straight drive against Haris Rauf.

The video has been posted by Abu Bakar Tarar, a cricketer writer on his official X handle and in the video, Haris Rauf bowls a full delivery on the middle-stump line. Babar Azam drives it straight past the bowler and Shaheen Afridi standing at mid on just fails to stop the ball despite running all the way towards the boundary line.

All the three players in the video are crucial for Pakistan's success in the tri-series and in Champions Trophy 2025. Haris Rauf has been in good form in recent times while Shaheen Afridi has also done decently in the white-format games he has played. Babar Azam has not got a big hundred for a long time and it would be interesting to see how he goes about his business in the tri-series.
