Former Indian cricketer, the legendary Sachin Tendulkar was spotted early at a polling station in Mumbai as he cast his vote in the Maharashtra Assembly Election. Accompanied by his wife, Anjali, and daughter, Sara, Sachin showed up in a cheerful floral shirt, proving once again that he’s all about fulfilling his responsibilities both on and off the field.

Sachin Tendulkar Votes with Family in Mumbai, Urges Fans to Do the Same

And Sachin Tendulkar didn’t miss the chance to send a reminder to all of us – it’s time to get out there and vote. As a National Icon for the Election Commission of India (ECI), Sachin has been actively encouraging people to make their voices heard.

"I have been an icon for the ECI for quite some time now. My message is simple: vote. It is our responsibility," he shared, praising the smooth arrangements at his polling station.

After casting their votes, the Tendulkar family posed for the media, proudly showing off their inked fingers.

It wasn’t just Sachin making an appearance; Mumbai was buzzing with other stars showing up early to do their civic duty. Bollywood actors, filmmakers, and other notable faces were spotted at polling stations around Bandra, happily posing with their inked fingers for the cameras.

Sachin Tendulkar’ Stellar Career

Since retiring in 2013, Sachin has embraced life beyond cricket. Whether it’s sharing glimpses of his personal adventures or enjoying road trips, he’s kept fans in the loop with his day-to-day life.

Even though Tendulkar officially hung up his boots in 2013, Sachin’s achievements on the pitch are still jaw-dropping. With 15,921 runs in 200 Test matches and 18,426 runs in 463 ODIs, the “Master Blaster” remains the only player to have scored a century of centuries in international cricket.

By fulfilling his civic duty, Tendulkar has once again shown that being a cricket icon doesn’t stop at the boundary lines, it’s about setting an example and doing what’s right.
