While the Indian Premier League might be over, cricket never stops, does it? With exciting games and big daily names, the Vitality T20 Blast is one of the most significant ongoing franchise leagues.
If you love non-stop action with batters smoking the ball out of the park, T20 Blast is your go-to destination. With sixes flying out of the park, it’s not just the runs, but it’s raining cash for the fans as well.
We have a list of names that could provide you with the profit in the fantasy contests; after all, more rewards never hurts, does it!?
With Middlesex taking on Surrey in the 59th contest of the season, it’s evident runs will be raining tonight. We have a list of names that will help you build the ultimate fantasy line-up.
Stephen Eskinazi: Runs can’t evade the Middlesex skipper this season. He’s notching runs like playing in the park and shows no signs of stopping. He has a staggering strike rate of 170.49 and an average of 34.67, which shows his prowess this season in six games.
Will Jacks: It’d be stupid to leave the English power-house out of the list because no bowling line-up in the world can stop him when he gets going. The batter has fired thrice this season and has always helped his team past the finish line. With 197 runs to his name with a strike rate above 150, Jacks is a must pick.
Sam Curran: The English babyface has been killing it; lately, he’s been terrific with the bat and shows no emotion with the ball in his hands. Curran has smashed 186 runs with a strike rate of 145.31 in six games. While he had the ball in his hands for just four occasions, he hasn’t disappointed. Ten wickets on four occasions with an economy rate of 6.52 that’s some impressive numbers.
Reece Topley: The Surrey bowler has been the spearhead for his side with the second most wickets to his name, he’s not nine wickets in six games with an economy below eight, and while that might be a tad sluggish, he’s without a shred of doubt one of the best option amongst the bowlers.
Toby Roland-Jones: The bowler has been in good touch this season but had an off day in the game against Hampshire, where he went wicketless and was hit for 27 runs. While Jones does get thrashed very often, he tends to get those wickets in the process, which is a positive sign.
Jason Roy: 138 runs in six games, a strike rate of 136.63 and an average of 23. If you told me these stats belonged to Jason Roy, I wouldn’t believe it. Unfortunately, the English opener has been a tad out of touch this season, though we did see a glimpse of what he’s capable of in his last innings, where he scored 50 runs against Sussex.
