Former Pakistan all-rounder Shahid Afridi has been denied entry due to visa issues. Afridi is slated to play for Qalandars in T10 league.
As per a report in The News (Pakistan), Afridi’s residential for the UAE had expired already but the former cricketer didn’t notice it. Afridi had to return home to get his visa renewal.

The T10 league begins from January 28. Maratha Arabians take on Norther Warriors in Abu Dhabi and this clash will be followed by the encounter between Pune Devils and Deccan Gladiators at the same venue. The third match takes place between Delhi Bulls and Bangla Tigers.
Qalandars will begin the campaign from January 29 against Pune Devils in Abu Dhabi.
Kieron Pollard, Sunil Narine, Imran Tahir, Dwayne Bravo, Mohammad Hafeez, Shoaib Malik, Chris Gayle, Alex Hales are some big names who will be a part of this tournament.
