Islamabad United's Paul Stirling was once again on song against Quetta Gladiators after notched up a fifty against the side in Karachi on Thursday.
After being put in to bat, the Islamabad were off to a brisk start as openers Stirling and his partner Alex Hales put up 55 runs for the first wicket before Hales departed for 22 off 9 at the end of the fourth over.
But Stirling continued his onslaught and went on to score 58 off 28 which included three maximums and seven fours during the course. He was eventually dismissed by Nawaz after being caught by Tanvir.
The United batting unit was on fire as they had gathered 122 runs at the cost of 2 wickets in the first 10 overs with Colin Munro and Shadab Khan at the crease.
Later, Munro also completed a fifty in just 24 balls.
