The schedule of Ireland’s Inter-provincial Men’s series has been announced, with the defending champions Leinster Lightning taking on the North West Warriors in the opening encounter at Pembroke today.
The Inter-provincial tournament is Ireland’s premier domestic tournament in limited-overs cricket. Therefore, it holds significant importance for the budding Irish cricketers as they get a chance to make their way into the national side by performing admirably in the tournament.
Four teams are involved in the competition named Leinster Lightning, North West Warriors, Northern Knights and Munster Reds. Their respective squads are mentioned below.
