At the end of 2nd Day of Pink-ball Test match between India and Sri Lanka at Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru, three fans breached security to click a selfie with former Indian captain Virat Kohli.
This incident occurred in the 6th over of Sri Lanka innings when Kusal Mendis was hit on his elbow by a delivery from Mohammad Shami and was undergoing treatment.
Three fans ran over the fenced area towards Kohli, sensing an opportunity. One of them managed to take out his phone and click a selfie with the star batter before security personnel came and took them out of playing area.

Kohli experienced a similar incident in an IPL game of the 2018 season when a fan even touched his feet before asking for a selfie.
Meanwhile, Team India are in total control of the game. Defending a monstrous total of 446, India removed Sri Lanka opener Lahiru Thirimanne in the first over of the run-chase courtesy of Jasprit Bumrah.
Sri Lankans require 419 more runs to chase down the total. At Stumps on Day 2, captain Dimuth Karunaratne and Mendis managed to survive, with an overnight score of 10* and 13*, respectively.
