Former India captain Virat Kohli set social media space ablaze after sharing his Yo-Yo Test results Thursday. While fans have expressed their love, Kohli's act has irked the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).

As reported by the Indian Express, the BCCI has advised all players attending the Asia Cup 2023 preparatory camp in Alur not to share Yo-Yo results as the board considers it confidential information.

A BCCI official stated that Team India players can post training photos but not with scores/results, which is a breach of contract.

Here's what BCCI official said

"Players have been informed verbally to avoid posting any confidential matter on social media platforms. They can post pictures while training but posting a score leads to breach of contract clause," the official said as quoted by the Indian Express.

Indian players selected for the upcoming Asia Cup 2023 competition will undergo a six-day camp in Alur, focusing on improving skills and fitness. While players like Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Hardik Pandya, and Ravindra Jadeja have reached Alur, players featured in India's T20I tour of Ireland will assemble today.

India will begin their Asia Cup campaign on September 2, taking on rivals Pakistan at Pallekele, with the tournament starting on August 30. The six-nation continental competition will be played in 50-over formats, considering the upcoming ICC Cricket World Cup 2023.
