England women’s cricketer Charlie Dean has vowed to never get out of her crease until the bowler has finished delivering the ball. The all-rounder stated the same following her run-out at the hands of Deepti Sharma in the dramatic third ODI at Lord’s.
Dean was dismissed while she was backing up too far from her crease, at a time when England Women were nearing an improbable win in a dead rubber.
