Virat Kohli, the former India captain, has been in the spotlight after his brilliant performance at Trinidad, where he showcased his mettle with a century, ending a five-year overseas century drought.

Kohli's achievements in recent matches have been outstanding, and he is now on the brink of scoring 13,000 runs. He needs only 102 runs to complete in ODIs and surpass yet another significant milestone. If he accomplishes this feat, he will be the fastest player to reach the 13,000-run mark in ODIs, further solidifying his position as one of the greatest batsmen.

In addition to this, Kohli is just three centuries away from equalising Sachin Tendulkar's record tally of ODI centuries.
